HDI as one of the DAU allocators is an important indicator that can measure or provide information about the success of human life quality development carried out by a region. Human development is defined as the process of enlarging the choices of people or the process of enabling people to have more choices in terms of income, education, health, and so on. The success of human development in a region can increase the potential of that region to compete with other regions.
